    AGC of Mississippi brings together the full project team to strengthen and support the commercial construction industry across our state. Membership is open to qualified general contractors, specialty contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, service providers, and other industry professionals who play a role in building Mississippi.

    Through AGC of Mississippi, members gain access to valuable industry resources, meaningful connections, and the added benefits of national AGC membership. All applications are subject to review and approval.

    Membership Categories

    Membership in the Associated General Contractors of Mississippi is open to qualified contractors and industry partners involved in commercial construction across Mississippi. Eligible applicants include licensed general contractors, specialty contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, service providers, and other companies that support the construction industry. All applicants are subject to review and approval.

    General Contractor

    Licensed contractors serving as the prime contractor under direct contract with an owner.

    • $1,500 Annual Dues
    • Job fees calculated at 1/5 of 1% of awarded contracts
    • Minimum annual job fees: $1,500
    • Maximum annual job fees: $8,500

    Utility Infrastructure

    Contractors primarily engaged in utility infrastructure construction.

    • $1,000 Annual Dues
    • $1,050 Annual Job Fees

    Associate

    Subcontractors and firms that provide materials, equipment, professional services, or financial support to the construction industry.

    • $1,000 Annual Dues
    • No assessed job fees
